Any member found involved in activities, conduct, financial irregularities, misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or actions deemed harmful to the interests, reputation, unity, or security of BWAB may face suspension or cancellation of membership.
In the event of cancellation of membership due to disciplinary or ethical violations, the concerned member shall not be entitled to claim any refund, compensation, organizational privileges, or membership rights.
The authority regarding disciplinary review, suspension, cancellation of membership, and related decisions shall remain with the President of BWAB and the Executive Committee (EC), whose collective decision shall be considered final and binding.
BWAB reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these policies whenever necessary in the interest of the organization.

Policy Regarding Refunds, Membership & Disciplinary Authority

Refund requests for AGM & Annual Get-together registration fees must be submitted formally to the organizing committee. A minimum of 7–10 working days will be required to complete the verification and refund procedure.
Refunds shall only be considered if the respective payments have not already been fully disbursed to hotels, vendors, transport providers, event organizers, or other third parties on behalf of the participant.
Once payments are finalized and settled with the concerned vendors or organizers, no refund claim shall be entertained under any circumstances, except in cases approved by the Executive Committee (EC) due to exceptional situations.
BWAB reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative, banking, processing, or service charges before issuing any approved refund.
Lifetime Membership fees are strictly a one-time non-refundable payment as per the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and organizational policy of BWAB.
